Every member of the family in SQUADZA has underwent a stringent selection process prior to training and evaluation processes before being able to facilitate on the ground.
Every Facilitator must possess the following:
- Valid MOE Registration
- Valid First Aid and AED Certification
- Minimally One Year of Facilitation Experience and Training
- Motivated to create a positive impact in others
